To Organizations,
I am a social worker and systems-minded strategist who enjoys collaborating with leaders to co-develop healthy processes, clear communication tools (ie. flowcharts, manuals, curriculums), and training for capacity building.
With over 15 years work experience serving youth, adults & families in various settings in downtown Toronto, including a food bank, courthouse (in a bail diversion program), church, mental health hospital, school, and camps.
I have enjoyed supporting organizations on short projects (ie. program evaluation, staff capacity building workshops) and extensive projects (ie. re-writing a 350+ page recovery workbook).
I love finding my way into conversations about how best to support a team to do their work efficiently, with the most care for the people they support, and with the most return on their efforts.

How Rachel has helped other organizations.
-
“Rachel’s brain is the rare blend of systematic and empathetic. She moves through the world in a gentle and others-focused way, but her brain breaks concepts down in an orderly and formulaic way. This combination is a powerhouse for consultation. She holds space so well as she both listens and offers ideas. She offers input and feedback always in alignment with her client’s goals while still bringing her own fresh thoughts to the table. She does the dance of responsive and proactive perfectly. Between her brain’s functions and her authentic values, she is the perfect partner for organiziational consultation.”
