Your therapist is ethically bound to keep your information confidential, with some exceptions (e.g., if there is an imminent risk to yourself or others). 

In Ontario, most insurance plans cover counselling and/or therapy provided by Registered Social Workers (RSWs), so it's generally advisable to check with your insurance provider or HR department to confirm coverage details. 

The cost of a 50-min Individual Counselling Session is $165. Initial assessment is $190 (due to admin associated with starting a new file).

The cost of 30-min Parent Support/System Navigation Session is $85.
